The implementation of this model in the actual management process OED has proved to be effective for the involvement of parents in the state and public administration. In addition, a very important outcome was the change in attitude of parents to control the process in the OED, increased willingness to involve parents in the process of managing their interest.
The conclusion is devoted to the main conclusions and proposals, in particular, describes the positive dynamics of the level of inclusion of parents in the planning of the educational process, which has been featured on the basis of mathematical treatment of the experiment at all stages of the results showed an increase in the average score and the correlation coefficient expert and self-assessments, which indicates an increase in the degree of consistency experts and parents; decrease in the mean square error of experts on the three parameters that indicates an increase in the degree of coherence of experts who observed the activities of the parents.
